Account Executive

Handle all accounts matters including financial reports & audit schedules
Manage account payables & receivables, company cash flows, fixed assets & prepare fund transfers
Prepare & process invoices, credit/debit notes & perform all required data entry functions
Liase with auditors, tax agent & company secretary
Perform ad-hoc management reporting requirements
Other finance & accounts related functions
Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, professional qualification or LCCI in Accounting
At least 3 years working experience in the related field
Has great knowledge on Malaysia’s taxation
Familiar in using UBS Accounting software
Computer literacy & proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Analytical & meticulous with good eyes for details
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, independent, disciplined & able to work with minimum supervision
Able to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines
Preferably Chinese candidates that are fluent in English (spoken & written) & Mandarin language
Able to work 5 days a week
