Configure laptops & desktop systems
Resolve hardware faults
Set up training & testing room environments
Troubleshoot system & network problems
Diagnose & solve hardware & software faults
Provide support documentation, including procedural documentation
Test & evaluate new technology
Responsible in inventory management
At least 1 year working experience in desktop support role to provide first level support
Experienced in supporting Windows 95/98/2000/XP Professional, MS Office 2000/2002/2003 & MS Outlook 2000/2002/2003
Excellent communication skills & able to work in a team
Willing to travel & possess own transport
Preferably Chinese candidates
Able to work 5 days a week
