Receptionist cum Human Resource

Responsibilities:
Assist Admin Executive in checking monthly attendance
& overtime calculation
Handle company uniform, stock control, ordering & raising purchase requisition upon request
Control stocks for company stationery, ordering & distribution to retail branches upon request
Handle all incoming & outgoing calls
Responsible to key in bank-in slips into the sales report
Prepare Human Resource letter upon request
Filling, general typing & clerical work
Collect, sort and distribute all incoming mails
Requirements:
Possesses a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
At least 1 year working experience in Human Resource
Familiar with payroll software administration will be an added advantage
Fluent in English
Must be computer literate
Full time positions available
Basic salary: RM900 to RM1,100
Able to work 5 days a week
